Women's Leadership Programs

Women's Leadership Programs are working with the horses to learn different leadership styles. We identify, develop, grow and sustain your own personal style of leadership. We are all leaders, in our own right. This program develops and maintains our individual strength to fuel our work and family contributions. This experience is transformational.

This program is not about riding a horse.  It is not about being a tough guy, or, bullying your way into a leadership position.  It IS about finding your strongest self, loving yourself, completely and wholely, to make your best contribution to anything, and, everything, you do.  It IS about finding your dream, and, living it with faith, strength and the knowledge that you deserve all of it, and, more, and, so do your loved ones.

Black Sheep Farm is a private non-profit organizaiton located in Liberty, South Carolina in the middle of Pickens County.  We serve a variety of clients, including at risk clients.  So, we publish our address when we have programs.  Thank you for understanding.
