HorseSynergy: Engage, reacquaint, discover, reconnect, remember, share, believe, empower, appreciate, build, enjoy, smile, expand, transform, feel less stress.
HorseSynergy is the name of Black Sheep Farm's program that teaches emotional intelligence to corporations, groups, and, individuals, as well as, helps people use horses for various types of personal, interpersonal, and, professional development and improvement.
HorseSynergy is a very effective training program. Participants experience success because working with horses presents a training platform that is always changing, similar to a business environment, medical environment, and/or caregiver situation. Working with horses requires a level of empathy during training, as well as, a complete presence of mind. We incorporate HeartMath techniques, an intelligent energy management program, to promote a positive connection with the horses for optimal results. The training is exponentially more effective than other types of training or therapy because the experiential learning helps people understand how to translate the knowledge/concept to their "real" environment for immediate application and a faster, more rewarding improvement process.

Young Ones: Young Ones: Ages 4 -25 benefit from this individualized, or group, program that uses power tools (empathy, respect, responsibility, boundaries, choices & consequences and relationship skills) to empower our children, teens and young adults to be productive and positive contributors in our global community. 5 (2 hour) sessions - $125 per child.
Individuals and groups: Full day using Horsesynergy concepts combined with the emWave approach to maximize results. If you are stressed from business, or, relationship, need a fresh perspective or just want to do something nice for yourself, family, and/or friends, join us. Customized to individual or group, please inquire for prices.
Grieving the loss of a loved one: Are you reeling from the loss of a loved one?? Let us help you find your center, and, lift your spirit with nourishment from the horses. No charge for services: A series of 8 (2 hour) sessions - there may be a charge for additional sessions. This coaching program uses a combination of HeartMath and HorseSynergy to help people find their personal path to their best self. This program is for anyone that has lost a loved one, job, home, community, or any type of loss that is affecting their will and happiness. The program is 8 two hour sessions, usually about once a week. We work on intelligent energy management using the horses to relieve stress, build self esteem and promote life skills. Food is not included. Fine print: Our programs are not therapy, and, we reserve the right to, lovingly, refer participants to a therapist, as necessary.
